The Kick-Off Meeting, Malta
The Kick-Off Meeting was held in Malta on 1st March 2022. The workshop was attended by representatives of all the project partners. It was aimed at all partners getting acquainted, laying down the project strategy and setting the pace for all project activities to come.
The workshop ran around the workplans of the main 2 project results, insights on the risks management, research and best practices.
The project will run for 20 months and so it was important for the consortium to grab the different aspects of the financial management and the dissemination strategy.
